Copperloy’s steel dock boards have welded steel curbs that can handle some of the most intense tasks. These boards feature a heavy, steel tread plate deck and completely welded steel curbs. Their steel board comes with either 15,000 or 20,000 pound maximum capacities and is available in 60, 72, and 84-inch widths. There are also other standard features such as 10, 14, and 18-inch locking legs, fold down lifting loops, 5.5 inch curbs, and an 11-inch or 14-inch lip. Special capacities and sizes are also available.
Aluminum Dock Boards | Welded Aluminum Curbs
This version of the Copperloy dock board is completely aluminum with welded curbs and comes in a variety of models. These dock boards come in three maximum capacities: 10,000, 12,000, and 15,000 pounds. They also have options for 9-inch or 13-inch locking legs, 11-inch or 14-inch lips, and 4-inch aluminum curbs. Furthermore, there are widths from 54 to 72 inches and lengths of 30 to 84 inches, depending on the board’s capacity; thus, Copperloy has an option for nearly every possible requirement. Aluminum Dock Boards | Bolt-on Steel Curbs
Copperloy’s other aluminum boards have bolt-on steel curbs as opposed to aluminum curbs. These come with standard features such as 11 or 14-inch lip, 9 or 13-inch locking, a lift chain option, and 4-inch curbs. The standard capacities for these are 10,000 and 15,000 pounds, and each capacity is offered from 54 to 72-inches and lengths from 36 to 72 inches. These aluminum dock boards are extremely cost effective with lightweight features and high durability. Relative to the others, it fits between the all-steel board and the all-aluminum board.
